Eligibility for Former Norfolk Island Permit Holder Visa

To be eligible for this visa, you must:

• Have formerly held a Norfolk Island entry permit
• Have lived lawfully in Norfolk Island for five of the seven years prior to applying
• Meet the character requirement
• Not have had a visa cancelled or a previous application refused

You are permitted to travel to and from Australia multiple times for five years from the date the visa is granted. If you wish to travel after the initial 5-year travel facility, you must apply for a Resident Return (RRV) visa.
