Skilled Nominated Visa
This work visa allows nominated skilled workers to live and work in Australia as permanent residents.
Skilled Work Regional Visa (Provisional)(subclass 491)
For skilled those nominated by a state or territory government to live and work in regional Australia.
Main applicant

This temporary visa allows an employer to sponsor a suitably skilled worker to fill a position they can’t find a suitably skilled Australian to fill.

Medium-term stream

This visa lets you live, study and work in Australia temporarily after you have finished your studies. You may be eligible for the graduate work stream or post-study work stream.
Graduate Work stream
This visa lets you live, study and work in Australia temporarily after you have finished your studies. You may be eligible for the graduate work stream if you have an occupation on the skilled occupation list.
Post-Study Work stream
This visa lets you live, study and work in Australia temporarily after you have finished your studies. You may be eligible for the post-study work stream if you have completed a higher education degree.
Second Post-Study Work stream
This visa is for graduates with a degree from an Australian institution in a regional area to stay, work, and study in Australia for 1 to 2 years.
Replacement stream
