To be eligible for the Highly Specialised Work stream of the Temporary Work (Short Stay Specialist) visa (subclass 400), you must:

Have highly specialised skills, knowledge or experience that can help Australian business and can’t reasonably be found in Australia
Only do the work or activities for which your visa was granted
Have work that is non-ongoing
Provide proof of your work
Be able to support yourself and any dependants
Meet the health and character requirements
Be a genuine visitor with a genuine intention to stay temporarily in Australia
Have paid back any debt owed to the Australian government
