• Meet investment requirements related to your provisional visa
• Have a current nomination from an Australian state or territory
• Be physically present in Australia for at least 2 years in the 3-4 years immediately before you apply
• Have a realistic commitment to continuing your business or investment activities in Australia
• Have followed Australian laws and have functional English
• Meet health and character requirements, and sign the Australian values statement
• Not owe money to the Australian Government, or have had a visa cancelled or previous application refused
