Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482) – Subsequent Entrant, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a partner or dependent of a subclass 482 or 457 visa holder
- Have a partner or parent who holds a subclass 482 or TSS visa
- Be nominated by the primary visa holder’s sponsor
- Have adequate health insurance
- Meet the health and character requirements
- Be the holder of an appropriate visa
- Have complied with previous visa conditions
- Not have contravened ‘paying for visa sponsorship’ legislative provisions
- Not have had a visa cancelled or a previous application refused in Australia
- Have no debt to the Australian government
- Sign the Australian values statement if you are 18 years of age or older
