  • have enough money for your stay in Australia
  • not work in Australia
  • meet our health and character requirements
  • have paid your debts to the Australian government
  • be a genuine visitor
  • not have had a visa cancelled or an application refused while you were in Australia.
  • be outside Australia when you apply and when Australian Department of Home Affairs decide your visa.
