Migration Expert is seeking an experienced Registered Migration Agent with a strong focus on Subclass 482 (Temporary Skill Shortage) visas and Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) pathways. This role will commence on a part-time basis, with a clear pathway to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise employers and candidates on 482 visas, ENS (Subclass 186), and related employer-sponsored pathways
- Assess eligibility and structure clear, compliant sponsorship and nomination strategies
- Prepare, review, and lodge high-quality visa applications with a strong focus on accuracy and approval rates
- Manage end-to-end employer sponsorship cases, including standard business sponsorships, nominations, and visa applications
- Stay current with Australian immigration policy, legislative updates, and sponsorship obligations
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and relevant stakeholders to progress applications efficiently
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and timelines are met
Requirements:
- Current MARA registration
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience, specifically handling 482 and ENS applications
- Proven track record with employer-sponsored visa outcomes
- Strong working knowledge of sponsorship compliance and labour market requirements
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases without errors
- Strong communication skills with both corporate clients and individual applicants
- Additional language skills are advantageous
Job Title: Immigration Lawyer (Employer-Sponsored Migration Specialist)

We are hiring an Immigration Lawyer with deep expertise in employer-sponsored migration, particularly Subclass 482 and ENS pathways. This role will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role as demand grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice on 482, ENS (186), and employer-sponsored migration matters
- Structure and manage complex sponsorship, nomination, and visa applications
- Handle refusals, appeals, and AAT matters related to employer-sponsored visas
- Ensure full compliance with immigration law, policy updates, and employer obligations
- Represent clients before tribunals and government bodies where required
- Work closely with corporate clients to streamline sponsorship processes and minimise risk
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification
- Current practising certificate
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Australian immigration law, with a focus on employer-sponsored visas
- Strong technical knowledge of 482 and ENS frameworks
- Experience handling complex or high-value cases
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Second language is beneficial
