This role will commence on a part-time basis, with a clear pathway to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise employers and candidates on 482 visas, ENS (Subclass 186), and related employer-sponsored pathways
  • Assess eligibility and structure clear, compliant sponsorship and nomination strategies
  • Prepare, review, and lodge high-quality visa applications with a strong focus on accuracy and approval rates
  • Manage end-to-end employer sponsorship cases, including standard business sponsorships, nominations, and visa applications
  • Stay current with Australian immigration policy, legislative updates, and sponsorship obligations
  • Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and relevant stakeholders to progress applications efficiently
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and timelines are met

Requirements:

  • Current MARA registration
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience, specifically handling 482 and ENS applications
  • Proven track record with employer-sponsored visa outcomes
  • Strong working knowledge of sponsorship compliance and labour market requirements
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases without errors
  • Strong communication skills with both corporate clients and individual applicants
  • Additional language skills are advantageous

We are hiring an Immigration Lawyer with deep expertise in employer-sponsored migration, particularly Subclass 482 and ENS pathways. This role will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role as demand grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification

  • Experience handling complex or high-value cases
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Second language is beneficial
