Phillip Ross (MMIA)

Phillip is the most experienced Migration Consultant at migrationexpert.com, having worked in the migration industry for over 15 years. Phillip has extensive experience in the financial sector, both in Australia and throughout South East Asia. As such, Phillip has an exceptional grasp of the issues surrounding business migration, especially from Asia. Phillip is a registered agent with MARA, as well as a Member of the Migration Institute of Australia.

Grace Floramo (B.A LL.B) (MMIA)

Grace is a qualified solicitor and works with Migration Expert in her capacity as a registered Migration Consultant. Grace's previous practice as an immigration lawyer in a boutique law firm brings over 6 years of experience in handling all types of visa categories, including review applications before the appropriate tribunals and courts.

Natalie joined our team in 2003 and completed the required course of study to qualify as a registered Migration Consultant. Natalie has a broad understanding of the migration process and strives to assist clients through the process as smoothly as possible.

Joanne Williams (OISC)

Joanne is a fully qualified UK Solicitor and Level 2 OISC Registered migration consultant. She has more than 13 years experience in managing a diverse casework covering various asylum, immigration, and nationality issues. She has extensive experience in dealing with all levels of immigration casework from the very basic to complex entry clearance, and other visa applications. Joanne maintains an approachable disposition to work and enjoys untying difficult cases for clients who have been disappointed in their previous experience of legal advice and representation. Jennifer Gray (OISC)

Jennifer is a Level 1 accredited OISC registered Migration Consultant. Jennifer graduated with a Law degree in 2008, and thereafter worked with various reputable law firms including four years with the Citizens Advice Bureau as a General Adviser. Jennifer has had many successful outcomes assisting clients with applications for extensions, settlement and entry clearance as well as representing clients at employment and welfare benefit tribunals. She brings her many valuable experiences, positive demeanour and extensive knowledge to her many grateful clients. OISC number: 041188


Caroline Velasquez, RCIC

Caroline is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). Caroline's previous practice as an immigration consultant brings over 12 years of experience in handling all types of visa categories, ranging from economic and business class, family class, refugee claims, and temporary resident visas. Caroline is fluent in English and Spanish languages.

  • DIBP Introduces Credit Card Surcharge Fees
    With effect from 19 April 2014, the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) have formally introduced a surcharge which will apply to all credit card payments for any Australian visa application charges (VAC).
  • South Australia Releases New State Nominated Occupations List
    On 8 April 2014, the South Australian government announced a new State Nominated Occupations List (SNOL), including 18 new occupations now classified as "in demand" in that state. Surprisingly, the list has included several food trades workers such as Baker, Cook and Chef. Other occupations which have also been added are: Customer Service Manager, Librarian and some engineering professional such as Aeronautical Engineer and Biomedical Engineer.
